Our brief
Extraspace Solutions was given the brief to design and build this health centre in Chasetown, Staffordshire, to include:
- Reception and waiting rooms
- Administration facilities
- Male/female and disabled toilet facilities
- Pram parking
- Social services room
- Triage room
- GP consulting rooms
- Treatment rooms
- First-floor staff rooms, meeting rooms and managers’ offices
Our solution
Extraspace Solutions provided a complete turnkey package for the design and build of this bespoke modular building.
The Extraspace Solutions team designed and fully fitted out the new health centre, including all internal partitioning, suspended ceilings, internal window shutters for security, electrical installation with nurse call and panic alarms.
The contract involved all external civil works including third-party connections, CCTV and all authority approvals.
The mechanical installation for the medical facility included HVAC systems, and the building was also fitted with a lift for DDA compliance. Our team provided fitted furniture for all consulting rooms, and feature designed the main reception counter.
The mechanical and electrical installations are fully compliant with HTM Regulations.
