Our brief
Extraspace Solutions were contracted during the Summer 2008 to build a 290m2 Gaelic Football Changing Facility for Thomastown GAA Club on the Glenageary Road in County Dublin.
Solution
The facility was constructed offsite by Extraspace and was delivered in a period of 12 weeks from time of order to handover.
Contained within the facility are two adult changing room with full shower facilities, four junior changing rooms, two referee rooms with shower facilities, four toilets, one kitchen facility one common room, one store room and a full plant room.
The structure of the building itself consists of ten 12m x 3m steel framed modules. This structure is certified by the Irish Agrement Board with a life span of 60 years.
